$2 Hour (Sat, Sun) Day Differential
$3 Hour Eve/NOC (Fri, Sat, Sun) Differential
$250 Completion Bonus (1 Differential Shift EVERY weekend for a month)
JOB SUMMARY:
Partnering with Radiant, a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) will assist residents with daily living activities while supporting each individual in reaching their healthcare goals. Radiant will provide the training and resources to keep our Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) engaged and maintain top quality skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Travel to contracted locations and work assigned shifts
- Follow each facility's policies and procedures
- Provide residents with routine daily nursing care and services
- Chart all appropriate documentation
- Maintain patient confidentiality
- Work with nurse supervisor to monitor any changes in condition
- Communicate both orally and written with staff, residents, family members, etc.
- Foster a supportive, compassionate environment for our residents and their families
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) License in the State of practice
- Or proof of CNA program completion certificate or Proof of CNA program enrollment
