Key Responsibilities:
- Review contracts for PII and compliance issues
- Prepare and post contracts/RFQs on online platforms
- Handle support tickets and phone inquiries from requestors
- Provide guidance and resolve procurement-related issues
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Deliver excellent customer service and communication
Required Skills:
- Procurement or contract administration experience (2 years)
- Experience with ticketing systems or customer service platforms
- Knowledge of state procurement policies (preferred)
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Attention to detail and basic understanding of PII compliance
