Radiology Associates of Tallahassee is a leading radiology practice dedicated to providing exceptional patient care through advanced imaging services.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Scheduling Assistant to support our scheduling team in ensuring efficient appointment coordination and outstanding patient service.
Job duties consist mostly of data entry and back office work.
This position is PRN (temporary but could lead to full-time) and in-person. The hours can be flexible between 8 am and 5 pm but at least 20 hours per week of availability is required.
Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous clerical experience
- Strong computer skills
- Minimum typing speed 35-40 words per minute required
- Healthcare experience is helpful but not required
