What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Treasury Analyst position at Radius Global Infrastructure?
We're seeking a full-time Senior Treasury Analyst that will be responsible for handling a wide range of responsibilities that assist the Treasury team in maintaining and analyzing liquidity positioning, forecasting cash positions, and completing required internal and external reports on debt and financing metrics. This role will leverage its solid understanding and experience of financial principals and reporting to aid the team in the further development of the Treasury function and operations.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Work with Treasury, Finance, and Accounting teams to prepare monthly and quarterly debt reports as required under various internal and external debt arrangements
- Work with Treasury and Finance teams to assist with forecasts of global cash positions and debt compliance metrics on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
- Work with international senior leadership to ensure adequate funding for growth capital spend across global platform
- Assist with implementation and maintenance of treasury management system to ensure complete, efficient, and accurate cash reporting
- Support appropriate procedures and processes around month-end and quarter-close activity
- Maintain various debt-related interest schedules and forecasting models
- Complete monthly and ad hoc reporting
- Assume additional responsibilities and perform special projects as needed.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related Business field
Experience:
- 3 - 5 years of experience in Finance or Treasury field
Technical Skills:
- Experience with treasury management systems preferred but not required
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), internet and database management
Soft Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to write clear and concise reports, business correspondence, and memos
- Ability to plan and manage projects and programs staying within budget limits and meeting deadlines
Salary Range: $75,000 - $105,000 annual base salary Bonus Potential
