PURPOSE : To work with and offer support to accounting department in all areas pertaining to posting.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Adheres to the practices outlined in the Radius Global Solutions information Security Management system, including :
On an ongoing basis throughout my employment, will understand and promote the Radius Global Solutions Security Management system.
Being a full participant in the culture of security at Radius Global Solutions.
Post payments to proper accounts.
Post adjustments as instructed
Record insufficient funds to customer accounts.
Run daily reports
Process inactive checks for clients.
Deposit Payments to bank
Preform payment traces as needed (Audit prep)
All other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :
High School diploma, GED or equivalent experience and / or training required.
No prior experience necessary, but must be familiar with basic computer functions.
Candidates must have proven data entry skills.
Excel experience required.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
General knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet programs
Must be able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks while maintaining organization and attention to detail.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Standard office environment.
