What are the responsibilities and job description for the Junior Trader position at Radley James?
A small proprietary high-frequency hedge fund founded over 15 years ago are looking for a junior trader. They are looking for someone confident, personable and with some prior experience with trading. This hire will be working closely with the co-founder and senior people in the business to learn about how they trade, then ultimately be allowed to run a small book once settled.
They are looking for people who are keen on a “start-up” environment and want to be constantly challenged. Personality and drive are key, as they want people who will bring something new to the table. This is for someone who wants to be surrounded by a strong team, working on impactful projects and at a company with leaders who care about work / life balance.
What they are looking for :
- From fresh strong graduates up to 2 years of experience.
- Experience with Python.
- Some trading experience and / or understanding.
- Degree from a highly ranked university and GPA above 3.2.
