Perform diagnostic MRI procedures in a healthcare setting.
Operate MRI equipment to produce high-quality images for interpretation by radiologists.
Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to all relevant protocols and regulations.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide excellent patient care.
Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance as needed.
Skills :
Proficiency in operating MRI equipment.
Knowledge of MRI safety protocols and procedures.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving skills and ability to handle unexpected situations calmly.
Requirements :
Knowledge of MRI quality control procedures and the ability to troubleshoot problems with equipment or exams
ARRT RT (R)(MR) with current license Required
Expert phlebotomist for IV contrast injections
CPR / BLS certification
Experience in a physician's office, clinic or other health care setting is strongly preferred
Knowledge of medical terminology and diagnosis / procedure coding desired
Capable of operating or learning to operate automated systems and other office equipment
Must possess strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills
