JOB SUMMARY:
The House Supervisor works collaboratively with all members of the health care team, administrative teams, and community physicians and providers to ensure provision of quality care to patients and their families. The House Supervisor is a representative of the administrative team in their absence and exemplifies the hospital leadership, philosophy and mission.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Associate’s Degree
3 years of experience
California RN License
Ped Adv Life Support Prov (PALS)
BLS for Healthcare Providers, issued by AHA
Excellent communication skills and ability to facilitate effective conflict resolution
Experience in leadership position which required decision-making, problem-solving, and critical thinking
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree
5 years of experience
Bilingual English/Spanish
The current salary range for this position is $61.30 to $84.29 Rady Children’s Hospital is committed to compensation that is externally competitive and internally equitable.
