Rae Ann Suburban is currently seeking a Weekend RN supervisor.
General Statement of Duties:
Primary Job Duties & Essential Functions of the Position:
Supervises the work of all nursing staff on assigned shift to ensure adequate coverage in meeting resident needs. Works in conjunction with other departments to best meet the needs of the residents. Acts as a mentor to all staff and assists with training.
Primary Job Duties & Essential Functions of the Position:
- Assist in directing and supervising the implementation of the resident care plan.
- Assist in coordinating and supervising all services to achieve a comfortable and homelike environment.
- Regular rounding on nursing units that includes but is not limited to: checking in with licensed and unlicensed staff, greeting all new admissions.
- Monitor and assure that incidents, accidents and resident/staff complaints are reported and documented correctly.
- Facilitate communication between licensed nurses and providers, responsible parties or outside vendors.
- Assure complete and accurate documentation through spot-checking and on-going supervision.
- Discipline unit staff according to Human Resources and nursing department policies.
- Assist in direct resident care and work as a staff nurse, as necessary.

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and licensed by the Ohio Board of Nursing as a Registered Nurse.Successfully complete and pass knowledge assessment and skills demonstration. Good organization, communication and computer skills. Flexibility of schedule is required in order to meet operational needs. Must be able to work effectively as a member of a team while developing and maintaining professional relationships in the workplace.
Salary : $66,500 - $84,200
