We Are Hiring: Senior Personal Injury Case Manager
Remote – Applicants Must Reside in South Florida

Who You Are
You have at least 5 years of experience managing pre-litigation personal injury cases in Florida. You’ve seen it all—soft tissue claims, complex surgical cases, and everything in between. You understand the medical side of these cases intimately—knowing the difference between a lumbar discectomy and a coflex implant isn't something you need to Google. You’ve built timelines around orthopedic consultations, pain management plans, MRIs, and post-op care.
You're not learning Filevine—you master it. You use it to manage with precision: case notes, tasks, deadlines, treatment updates, settlement breakdowns, lien reductions. It’s second nature.
But most importantly, you’re someone who delivers outcomes, not excuses.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of Florida PI case management experience (pre-litigation)
- Deep knowledge of medical treatment cycles and procedure types (injections, surgeries, imaging, rehab, etc.)
- Fluency with Filevine (this is not negotiable)
- Excellent client communication, organizational skills, and ability to work independently
- Integrity, self-accountability, and sharp instincts under pressure
- A relentless drive to secure the best possible results for injured clients
