Responsibilities

• Answer dealership group phones, greet and receive prospects and customers
• Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting
• Cashiering repair orders and parts invoices
• Receipting in all sales deposits
• Filing and some clerical work
• Work cooperatively with all departments
• Other duties as assigned

• Excellent listening and communication skills

• Professional appearance
• Cashiering and/or automotive experience preferred but we will train
• Willingness to learn and grow with the dealership
