Self Storage Facility seeks an experienced Self Storage Manager to manage all aspects of the business. Must have excellent sales, phone & customer service skills. The Facility Manager will be self-motivated, pay close attention to detail and have a strong work ethic.
Manager's Residence may be available after 2-3 months.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Shows, rents, and cleans self-storage units.
- Provides outstanding customer service including assessing and resolving customer problems and professionally handling telephone, internet, and walk-in inquiries
- Keeping the facility rented at optimum levels by effectively utilizing advertising and customer relation skills.
- Controls delinquencies through telephone contact and letters.
- Cleans spaces as vacated and grounds as needed.
About You: The ideal candidate will have:
- 1 years of self storage experience
- Basic computer skills; strong communication and organizational skills
- US work authorization
- Valid drivers license with no restrictions
- High school diploma or equivalent
