Rain One is central Ohio’s leading irrigation company. We are now hiring for a customer service representative that shares our standards and work ethic. We pride ourselves in delivering unmatched customer service and building and maintaining strong customer relationships. Applicants must be punctual, have a strong work ethic, outgoing, friendly, detail-oriented, able to multi-task and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Key duties include:
- Answering incoming phone calls
- Returning voicemails
- Replying to emails
- Scheduling customer appointments
- Creating work orders
Skills:
- Ability to answer a multi-line phone system professionally and cheerfully
- Great written and oral communication skills
- Sales acumen and persuasive skills.
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in non-commercial customer service/home services preferred
- Experience with Service Titan software a plus
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel)
Schedule:
Hours would range from 40-50 hours per week. During peak season the schedule will be M-F 7am-5pm. Peak season begins in March and ends in late June. As needs dictate there is potential for the 40-50 hours to extend through the summer into the fall. Hours are reduced in November through February.
