Our Newly Opened Outpatient Clinic Offers
- 25 patient rooms, inclusive of 16 infusion/treatment and 9 exam rooms.
- Pediatric Activity Room
- Adolescent and Young Adult Patient Lounge
- Phlebotomy and Lab Services
- Onsite pharmacy
Our patient population consists of newborn through young adult (30 years) requiring treatment for:
- Benign and Malignant Hematology
- Sickle Cell Anemia
- Hemostasis and Thrombosis
- Oncology and Survivorship
- Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT)
- Rainbow Subspecialty Patients with infusion needs
- Implements the nursing process by delivering effective relationship based nursing care.
- Demonstrates technical skills in care delivery that result in safe practice and positive care outcomes.
- Demonstrates clear communication and effective collaboration to optimize patient care and clinical operations.
- Develops self and contributes to the professional practice of nursing.
- Displays leadership that influences optimal clinical and operational outcomes.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Complies with all policies and standards.

- Must abide by all requirements to safely and securely maintain Protected Health Information (PHI) for our patients. Annual training, the UH Code of Conduct and UH policies and procedures are in place to address appropriate use of PHI in the workplace.
