What are the responsibilities and job description for the Water Restoration Technician position at Rainbow International of Orange County?
- Effectively perform all restoration services the company offers (Note: Compensation levels will reflect the skill level of the technician. Hourly rate increases as ability to perform water mitigation, mold, trauma scene certifications are added.)
- Communicate effectively with customers
- Perform basic equipment maintenance
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance
- Inspect completed work
- Complete Work Orders
- Complete appropriate restoration documentation
- Follow Rainbow uniform policy
- Maintain appearance and stock of appropriate tools, materials, and supplies for company vehicles
- Maintain inventory of related supplies
- Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions
- Maintain timely and effective communication and flow of information with Lead Technicians, Supervisors, or Managers
- Valid Driver's License
- Restoration and cleaning experience helpful, but not required
- Able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
- Computer literate, with working knowledge of business software and application
- Excellent communication skills
