RainTree Consulting is seeking professionals at the Bachelors level who are dedicated to helping change the lives of families in their communities. We serve families involved with Dept of Child Services and juvenile probation.
Candidates may apply if they have a Bachelors degree or have at least 4 years experience working in direct care services plus HS diploma

some job duties include:
*Complete assessments on referrals - identifying needs
*Provide case management in the home, office or other natural setting. This may include linking to community resources, assisting with employment and housing needs; supervising visits; foster parent support; teaching parenting skills, etc
*school based services (individual and or groups) working with kids who have been identified as needing extra assistance.
*Document all contacts and complete progress notes for services
*Prepare reports and communicates with collateral contacts and placing agencies
*Develop a treatment plan
*Attending family team meetings
*Participate in supervision/staffing with supervisor

SALARY STARTING AT $42,000 WITH OPPORTUNITY TO EARN UP TO ADDITIONAL $40/BILLABLE HOUR OVER SALARY
