Salary Range $49,920- $74,880 Annual
Position Summary: Achieves in-depth knowledge of the electronic medical record system and serves as a liaison between the clinical staff, physicians, and the IT Department. Facilitates communication from the clinical end users across the patient care departments while working collaboratively and directly with the vendors and technical experts. Works to optimize the clinical design to meet the needs of a large group of interdisciplinary end users, including physicians, nurses, ancillary, clinical and administrative staff.
Minimum Qualifications:
- AA Degree
- At least One (1) year of experience in a health-related field technical knowledge in electronic medical records, preferably Epic
- Preferred Qualifications:
- LPN OR RN
- Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA)
- BA Degree in Business Administration, Health Information/Informatics Management, Computer Information Systems, Nursing, or similar degree
