Are you a motivated sales professional with a strong understanding of internet-based automotive sales? Rairdon’s Dodge Chrysler Jeep of Kirkland is looking for an experienced, tech-savvy Internet Sales Manager to lead the market and develop our digital sales team.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and respond to all online sales leads through CRM and third-party platforms.
• Lead the internet sales team and coordinate efforts with the showroom sales staff.
• Help manage the sales customer experience.
• Develop and execute digital sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Maintain high follow-up standards and ensure a seamless digital-to-showroom customer experience.
• Work closely with marketing to optimize web content, inventory listings, and advertising.
• Track performance metrics and generate weekly reports for upper management.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in automotive internet sales or BDC management (minimum 2 years preferred).
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a team.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Tech-savvy with an understanding of current online buying behaviors.
