What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Teacher position at Raising Stars Learning Center?
Raising Stars Learning Center in Rincon, GA is looking for (2)two lead teacher for our Toddler classroom to join our 9 person strong team. We are located on 121 Waterford Ct. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and hard-working, dependable and trust worthy. This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience
- Must maintain state regulations in classroom
- Must be able to create and follow lesson plan
- Must be able to maintain structure and guidance in classroom
- Must be a self starter and create age appropriate activities daily
- Must be able to work in a fast pace environment
- Must be a leader and able to give directions and guidance in classroom
- Must maintain room organization and structure at all times
Qualifications
- Must be in an active status of obtaining an early childhood degree, certificate, or diploma
- Must have a Degree, CDA, TCC, or Paraprofessional Certification
- Must be Dependable
- Must be a able to pass a background check
- Must be willing to complete required training
