Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team at Rally's. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in directing daily business operations, supporting the General Manager, and ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are a highly skilled and dynamic individual with a passion for the food and beverage industry, this is the perfect opportunity for you to thrive and grow.
Responsibilities:
- Cooperate with the General Manager and assist with project planning and staff management.
- Nurture positive working relationships with staff.
- Delegate daily tasks and ensure their completion.
- Address any issues or concerns in a timely fashion.
- Supervise staff and control merchandise.
- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
- Set a good example for staff and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements:
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Good observation skills.
- An ability to deliver constructive criticism.
- Computer literate and basic Math skills.
- An ability to identify weaknesses and provide coaching where necessary.
