What are the responsibilities and job description for the Automotive Title Clerk position at Ralph Sellers Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM?
Ralph Sellers Auto Group, a multi-line new & used vehicle dealer serving the Greater Baton Rouge area, has an immediate opening for a full-time, experienced TITLE CLERK to join its team located at their Gonzales, LA business office. This is an EXCELLENT opportunity with a successful company with a growing volume of business.
Primary duties include working vehicle deals after funding and processing paperwork necessary to register customer vehicles.
Additional Duties include:
- Maintain used vehicle files/titles
- Work closely with third-party Motor Vehicle agency to register deals and resolve any registration/title issues
- Assist with stocking in of used vehicle purchases
- Prepare trade-in vehicle files
- Process titles for wholesale vehicles
- Other administrative duties may be assigned based on experience and availability
Qualifications:
- Previous title clerk experience required
- Previous experience in auto dealerships, including CDK DMS, is highly preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 products, particularly Excel, is required
- Must be a team player and demonstrate a high level of professionalism
- Excellent communication skills
