Ramada by Wyndham is seeking a full-time Front Desk agent with hotel experience.
Hours will be 3 pm to 11 pm and 11 pm to 7 am shifts.
The hotel front desk position involves assisting guests with check-in and check-out, answering their questions, providing information about the hotel and the surrounding area, and handling any issues or concerns they may have during their stay. The front desk agent is also responsible for managing reservations, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records. It requires excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
Pay will be $15 -$17 an hour determined by experience.
