What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bartender position at Ramada Inn and Conference Center?
We are looking for an Enthusiastic and Motivated Bartender to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. Bartenders will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers’ needs and expectations. Compensation includes hourly wage and tips. Bartenders work directly with customers by mixing and serving drink orders. Their responsibilities include verifying age requirements, knowing alcohol pairing and tastes, knowing how to make traditional and classy drinks, processing payments, managing inventory and cleaning bar supplies. They also handle food orders directly from customers or the wait staff and inform customers of any specials. They ensure food and beverage compliance and restock bar inventory.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $7.25 - $8.50 per hour
