What are the responsibilities and job description for the High School Math In-Person Teacher position at Ramana Coaching Center?
Ramana Coaching Center is seeking for an experienced English part time teacher to teach reading/writing portions of SAT during weekends. Teachers must teach the classes in-person at our facility near Cumming 400 shopping area in Cumming, GA 30040. We provide very consistent and flexible scheduling. Tutors can expect a predictable bi-weekly pay. Teachers must be available on at least one day in the weekend. We pay anywhere from $30 to $38 an hour. We are looking for highly skilled, motivated, versatile, dependable, and dynamic individuals who have strong communication skills and become part of this exciting journey into the future with us. * We prefer local candidates only.
Screening process:
- Must submit cover letter
- Must demonstrate English teaching skills via in-person demo
Must have:
- At least 3 years of experience teaching English language arts subject
- Strong vocabulary and grammar knowledge
- Strong references
- Taught English subject either in middle school or high school settings
- English essay grading experience
Pluses:
- SAT/ACT teaching experience
- Certified teachers
