Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results driven Inside Sales Representative that has the desire to grow their career. The Inside Sales Rep will be responsible for closing sales through phone, email, and CRM platforms. This individual will play a key role in driving revenue and building strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Essential Functions:
· Follow up on proposals, quotes, and contracts through outbound and inbound phone calls and email
· Close outstanding proposals and maintain detailed records in the CRM (e.g., customer interactions, quote status, project timelines)
· Become an expert with RamJacks Product Line and applications
· Understand customer needs, present solutions, and guide prospects through the sales process
· Educate potential clients on service offerings, processes, timelines, and pricing
· Meet planned sales goals and targets
Operate in the best interest of the company always
Qualifications:
· 1–3 years of experience in inside sales
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong listening, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
· Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
· Strong verbal and writing communication skills
· Excellent time management with ability to prioritize and self-motivate
· Basic residential or commercial construction knowledge
· Computer-literate using portable computers and desktops
· Proficient with use of various computer programs such as CRM, Microsoft Office,
· Must have Driver License with clean record of 3 years or more
· Must have reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience in construction industry
· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
· Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
