What are the responsibilities and job description for the Building Services Coordinator position at Ramsey Solutions?

We are looking for a Building Services Coordinator to super serve the Building Services Team, the larger Ramsey Team and our Guests with genuine hospitality and a servant heart.
Champion administrative tasks for the Building Services Team
- Manage leader’s calendar
- Schedule team meetings, book venues, order food, and coordinate entertainment
- Oversee team care, celebrate birthdays & Ramseyversaries
- Activate fobs for building access to New Team Members & issue replacement fobs as needed
- Process weekly coffee orders & café vouchers as needed
Serve on a team that gives visitors a world-class experience
- Greet guests with a warm welcome
- Inform guests of all the things happening that they can experience during their visit (including the shows they can watch being recorded)
- Provide complimentary beverages and baked goods while replenishing and restocking all coffee-shop related goods
- Ring up product available for guests to purchase
- Act as floor producer for The Ramsey Show; directing guests, organizing Debt Free Screamers, and keeping time for Personalities
Serve as Point of Contact for all Ramsey Team Member internal moves
- Oversee large team moves by coordinating all logistics
- Maintain accuracy of iOffice records to accurately reflect furniture layouts, meeting room locations, and Team Member seating
- Serve as liaison between Building Services and Assistants
Manage projects on campus
- Plan, coordinate and implement construction, renovation and maintenance projects to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the facilities
- Assemble project scope, budget, and timeline
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors to execute and hold them accountable to the Ramsey standard of excellence

$40,000 - $54,000/year* profit sharing benefits
