What Winning Looks Like
- Talk with customers frequently, radiating a clear picture of the customer and the problems they face
- Ensure marketers understand the insights gained from customer research
- Holding meaningful conversations with software engineers about software design
- Follow trends in the market and how they relate to the product vision
- Understand and discover problems people would pay to have solved
- Conduct experiments to improve customer engagement and reduce attrition
- Prioritize a seamless user experience for the customer
- Own the problem and solution discovery processes
- 3-5 years of experience in a Product Manager role
- 2 years conducting customer interviews, creating customer personas, and/or analyzing customer feedback
- A working knowledge of Pendo, Mixpanel, or Segment or similar tools
- Experience translating business metrics into product metrics
- Experience working in a regulated industry such as: Banking, Insurance, Investing, Tax, or Healthcare is a PLUS
- Range depends on level of skill and overall experience
