Job Summary:
To assist the Kids club director in the implementation of the kids club program as needed. Workers are responsible for the protection and safety of the children in their care while also providing a positive experience.
Job Responsibilities/Duties:
- Assist in planning a balanced program for group.
- Be responsible for proper care of equipment and facilities.
- Maintain daily staff- parent/ guardian relations.
- Appropriate dress and language for working with children.
- Display appropriate and mature behavior, serving as a role model for the children.
- Provide a safe and healthy environment for the children.
- Flexibility is key.
Basic Qualifications & Skills
- Experience working with children.
- Have, or be willing to obtain, CPR training.
- Must be flexible regarding scheduling based on business demands including, weekends and Holidays as needed.
