Summer Helper

SUMMARY

The Helper is a temporary position not to exceed 90 days. The Helper is responsible for maintaining and executing physical tasks. Helpers will be responsible for the proper adherence to established procedures within each department assigned. Helpers work closely with all the departments to ensure all customer requirements are achieved safely and on time.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Indoor and outdoor housekeeping duties including trash pick-up

• Landscaping assignments such as raking, sweeping, shoveling

• Assisting with inventory management

• Compliance with all Safety and Standard Operating Practices. Strict compliance with training or certification requirements when operating any equipment

• Special projects and assignments as business dictates.

• Responsible for the maintenance, creation and control of all personally identifiable information or any other information protected by any Confidentiality or Privacy Standards or Company Policies that you have access or knowledge of, including but not limited to any state or federal regulations including HIPPA.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position has no supervisor responsibilities

• Ability to work flexible schedule and work assignments

• Ability to work in a fast pace work environment

• Ability to multitask and communicate effectively

• Ability to follow detailed instructions

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for a prolonged period as well as bending and stooping regularly

• The job duties will require the employee to utilize repetitive fine manipulation with hands

• The employee must use hands to handle and feel

• The employee must wear proper PPE

• The employee is frequently required to talk or hear

• The employee is required to reach with hands and arms

• The employee must regularly push/pull/lift 40lbs

• The noise level in the is usually moderate, but occasionally loud
