ROLE DESCRIPTION :

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Randall Young - State Farm Agent, you will successfully market & service the insurance and financial products that manage everyday risks. Your proficient knowledge of insurance and financial products reinforces your sales-minded and consultative approach to educating customers on their insurance and financial options.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals

Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

QUALIFICATIONS :

Must be able to obtain relevant financial service licenses.

Proven experience working as a customer service or financial services representative.

Presentation skills

Ability to connect and communicate well with others.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Effective communication skills.

Exceptional customer service skills.

Successful track record of meeting goals.

Ethical behavior.
