What are the responsibilities and job description for the Behavior Specialist position at Randolph Elementary School?
Randolph Elementary is searching for a Behavior Specialist for the 2024-2025 school year. This person would be a part of a solid SEL team and would have a paraprofessional working with them in the position. The position would support students and classrooms by helping with student regulation and with family outreach. This role would include proactive small and whole group lessons, responding to behavior issues, and working closely with our counslors and BCBA to help support individual behavior plans. Randolph Elementary is a close, supportive school environment, with staff and administrators used to working together to support the needs of students and our staff.
