Under the direct supervision of the Security Services Manager, this position is responsible for the nighttime supervision, professional security protection, safeguarding, safety, and security of assets, property, personnel, customers and all visitors of Randolph Health. Complete responsibilities in a manner consistent with hospital's policies, goals and values. Perform the functions of a security officer as needed. High School Diploma or GED required. Associate Degree preferred. Must pass background check with no disqualifying criminal background or convictions. Must have strong customer service skills and demonstrate good moral fitness and ethical standards. Valid NC Driver's License and insurable under hospital's insurance policy. Minimum one year supervisory experience required. Minimum three years' security experience. Healthcare or hospitality experience preferred.
