- Advanced Excel (Vlookup, Pivot tables, Macros)
- SQL
* Manage ticket queues for response, follow up, and completion
* Data Entry and manipulation based on following SOPs
* Assist Coordinator with RxWatchtower daily review, testing and completing letter communication validations
* Assist Coordinator in managing client groups through implementation and post go live
* Senior experience with Excel Spreadsheet and Macros
* Daily detailed synopsis of workload
*Moderate SQL experience
