Responsibilities
Supervision of 4 Accounting Clerks, assign, train, and oversee the performance of the team by providing guidance. Oversees the preparation and accuracy of all ledgers, accounts, portfolio's, journal entries, and financial records, manages deposit and journal reconciliations, ACH transactions, monitors all bank accounts and runs a cash report for the CFO, review purchase orders, expenses, and taxes, enter journal entries for re-finance payments, determine amount needed for draws against the company's line of credit, process check deposits, review monthly staff reports, bank reconciliations, and enter invoinces and process payments for outside support.
