We are looking for a motivated, hardworking, and "all-in" Process Development Associate to join our commercial manufacturing team. This is a high-energy, hands-on role perfect for a recent science graduate or someone with a background in manufacturing who enjoys seeing a physical product through to completion.Unlike a typical R&D or desk-based role, this position is based in our Pilot Plant. You will be part of a collaborative team of six, responsible for keeping the production schedule on track and ensuring our life-saving technologies are built to the highest standards.salary: $28 - $29 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 6:30 AM - 3 PMeducation: BachelorsResponsibilitiesRequirement:Meet with your team of six to strategize and execute the day’s manufacturing schedule.Hands-on assembly and production of pilot and production materials following written instructions.=Maintain the laboratory under cGMP conditions, including washing labware, stocking supplies, and performing cycle counts.Qualification:Bachelor’s Degree in a Science field is required (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, etc.).6 months to 2 years of work experience is preferred.
