job summary : Provides technical assistance in support and preparation of telecom technologies, primarily focused on telecommunications infrastructure management, deployment, and maintenance. Requires working knowledge of and experience with networking, mobile, desk phones, and desktop technologies including, but not limited to, desktop applications, smart phones (iOS), VoIP, and PBX telecom systems.
