Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with the care plan and under the direction of an RN or physician.
- Monitor and document patients' health status, including vital signs, symptoms, and behavioral changes.
- Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed.
- Perform wound care and dressing changes.
- Assist with diagnostic tests and procedures.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to update care plans and ensure continuity of care.
Requirements
- HI LPN License
- BLS and ACLS certifications
Salary : $21,600
