What You’ll Do:

• Answer company phone lines after hours
• Dispatch tow truck drivers quickly and accurately
• Calculate towing and storage charges
• Log job details and service calls
• Use basic iPhone apps to support dispatch
• Provide dependable overnight and weekend availability

You Must:

• Live in or near Rapid City, SD – or have a very good geographic knowledge of the area
• Be tech-comfortable (apps, GPS, phones)
• Have strong basic math skills
• Be calm under pressure and dependable
• Be available for 2 weekday nights 1 weekend/month

Preferred But Not Required:

• Prior experience in dispatch, logistics, or customer service
• High school diploma or equivalent
