Summary
Provide quality and timely customer service by handling incoming calls, performing order entry, addressing basic questions and concerns on orders. Focus on tasks and be able to handle interruptions and changes in priorities while maintaining composure in a fast-paced environment.
Task Statement
* Interact with and satisfy customer requests for changes in orders and shipping requirements.
* Enter orders by gathering efficient information from customers, while also monitoring order placement activity.
* Effectively communicate with plant personnel and operations regarding any upcoming special products and out of the ordinary orders. Communicate any job site concerns from customers and or drivers.
* Assist with the scheduling of leased drivers, while maintaining cost efficiency.
* Effectively communicate with office personnel regarding Project status and any customer concerns.
