Responsibilities: - Design and create floral arrangements, bouquets, and centerpieces - Maintain inventory of floral supplies and place orders as needed - Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients with flower selection - Keep the store displays fresh and appealing - Utilize creativity to design custom floral pieces for special occasions such as weddings, funerals, and events - Ensure the proper care and handling of all flowers to maintain freshness Requirements: - Proficiency in garden care and knowledge of various types of flowers and plants - Ability to sell floral products and provide recommendations to customers - Experience in lawn care or landscaping is a plus - Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and orders efficiently - Familiarity with retail math for pricing and inventory management - Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively - Sales experience in a retail environment is preferred - Multilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse customer needs - Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques would be beneficial
