Our Shift Leaders are key individuals for our store. As a Shift Leader, you act as the manager on duty. You will be accountable for overseeing that we deliver a quality product in a timely fashion while also providing a great guest experience. You are empowered to make decisions and do whatever is necessary to take care of the guest. You will assist in managing daily sales and labor goals, open/close of business, and overseeing product quality and consistency.
Responsibilities and Duties:
As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for the following:
* Leading a team of like-minded amazing team members
* Creating a memorable guest experience through great-tasting craveable products, amazing team members, and a hip environment
* Contributing to Raw Juce’s success by being a role model in exceeding guest expectations while contributing to the development of team members
* Creating a positive environment as a leader among peers and taking on new challenges to accomplish team goals
* Providing knowledge to our guests and team members on jucing, healthy eating, and the Raw Juce lifestyle
* Understanding basic store financials, cost control procedures, and how to maximize the store’s profitability through daily shift duties
* Assist with any other duties as needed
