Ray Graham Association’s Emerge Behavioral Health Clinic is seeking passionate, empathetic, and dynamic mental health professionals to join our team supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
As a Mental Health Professional with RGA’s Emerge Clinic, you will play a critical role in providing comprehensive evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering holistic mental health services that promote long-term wellness and quality of life.
Location:
This position serves clients in Will County, Illinois. While remote work is available, candidates must be flexible to attend in-person meetings or sessions at our Lombard, IL office as directed by the department’s Director.

Schedule:
- Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- Occasional evenings and weekends as needed
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field
- Preferred master’s program or actively pursuing clinical licensure (LCSW or LCPC)
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to demonstrate empathy and compassion
- Deep passion for mental health and holistic wellness
- Excellent written communication skills and the ability to accurately document client information and treatment
