Van Driver, $19.75-$22.00

Hearthstone Lodge Senior Living is looking for an experienced Van Driver to join our team. This position is part time. Scheduled hours will vary but expect approximately 20-24 hours per week Monday-Friday, between the hours of 8 AM and 4 PM.

Job Summary :

Works closely with the Community Administrator and Office Team to meet the individual transportation needs and interests of residents. The Van Driver is responsible for ensuring the safe and timely transportation of residents for various activities and appointments.

Job Duties :

• Drive the company van for scheduled outings, including weekly grocery shopping trips, doctor's appointments, and other necessary trips.
• Request and maintain necessary equipment and supplies, ensuring the van is regularly cleaned, refueled, and any required repairs are promptly reported to the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Coordinate with the Administrator and other department heads to facilitate social and recreational programs involving residents.
• Conduct daily safety inspections of the van and maintain a safety log.
• Log all emergencies, incidents, and accidents in the communication log.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Community Administrator.
