Position Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished and strategic Project Management Supervisor to oversee and drive the successful execution of our commercial construction projects including contract management. This leadership role is pivotal in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in commercial construction project management, a proven track record of leadership, and the ability to navigate complex project challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of project managers, providing guidance and support to ensure effective project execution and professional development.
• Project Oversight: Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple commercial construction projects, ensuring alignment with project goals, budgets, and schedules.
• Client Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs, managing expectations, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Budget and Schedule Management: Monitor project budgets and schedules, implementing strategies to address deviations and ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
• Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring projects are completed with minimal disruptions.
• Quality Control: Ensure all projects adhere to quality standards, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance project management processes, tools, and methodologies to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project progress, challenges, and outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., PMP) preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial construction project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing multiple projects.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale commercial construction projects from inception to completion.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide project management teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Procore).
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and industry regulations.
