What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mortgage Loan Originator position at Rayne Building and Loan Association?
We are looking for an experienced mortgage loan originator to join our team. It is important to be client-oriented, self-motivated and detail-oriented. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, interviewing clients, collecting and analyzing financial data, evaluating creditworthiness and eligibility, preparing and submitting mortgage loan documents, resolving problems throughout the loan process, and building positive relationships with clients and community. Prior experience with loan origination software and an active NMLS license preferred.
