- Pay: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour
- Schedule:
- Monday – Friday 9am-2pm
- Deliver direct nursing care to individuals with IDD following person-centered care plans.
- Administer medications, injections, and treatments accurately and safely.
- Monitor and document health conditions, behaviors, and symptoms.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and participate in ISP meetings.
- Ensure compliance with DBHDD standards, state regulations, and agency policies.
- Current Georgia LPN license.
- 2 years of experience with IDD populations (DBHDD preferred).
- Proficiency in ISP documentation and behavior support plans.
- Strong clinical, observational, and interpersonal skills.
