What are the responsibilities and job description for the Attendant, Parking position at Rays Baseball Club LLC?
The Tampa Bay Rays are looking for enthusiastic and outgoing individuals to enhance the overall guest experience during our season and other events. We are looking for customer-oriented individuals to serve as parking lot attendees and cashiers.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exemplary customer service when attending to guests.
- Process credit card transactions in a fast-paced environment.
- Adhere to proper parking procedures as directed by Tropicana Field staff.
- Being alert to and reporting any potential hazards around the parking lots, such as potholes.
- Implement ballpark rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
Requirements:
- Work in a high activity and heavily crowded professional sports venue.
- Communicate effectively with guests, employees, and vendors.
- Always maintain a positive attitude and pleasant demeanor.
- Learn and operate ParkHub devices.
- Stand or walk for long periods of time (4 or more hours).
- Must be able to work in various weather conditions including heat, rain, etc.
- Adhere to outlined uniform policy.
- Flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings, holidays, and overtime.
