Kelly’s Home Medical-Davenport, a division of CarePro Health Services, has an opportunity for a full-time Customer Care Coordinator to join our team!
In this role, you’ll assist patients and customers with medical equipment, handle intake, and provide excellent customer service to meet their needs. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.

What You’ll Do:
- Assist with patient intake and process orders for delivery, pick-up, or changes in service
- Help customers with medical equipment and supplies, including adjustments, training, and demonstrations
- Accurately complete order forms, determine charges, collect co-pays, and enter data into systems
- Communicate with physicians, referral sources, and medical professionals while protecting patient privacy
- Receive inventory, restock shelves, and label products in the retail area
- Answer phone calls and assist retail customers in person
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Experience in home medical equipment and/or medical office setting
- Knowledge of Medicare rules and insurance reimbursement is a plus
- Strong computer skills are required to enter patient information into the data system, ability to utilize online resources, and competency with Microsoft and the Internet
- Attention to detail, efficiency, and teamwork skills are essential
Additional Requirements:
Post-offer background checks, reference checks, TB screens, drug screen, and physical agility test are required.
