What are the responsibilities and job description for the Home Health Aide- FT position at Rayser Holdings?
No nights or weekends! Drive time and mileage compensated in addition to your hourly wage! Compassionate, team approach to home health care! CarePro Health Services-Cedar Rapids has an immediate opening for a full-time Home Health Aide to join our care-giving team. In this role, you will provide assistance in daily living activities including personal care services and homemaking in the homes of our patients in accordance with an established care plan.
The position is scheduled for a minimum of 30 hours per week between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. Our ideal candidate will be reliable, patient and friendly with excellent communication skills and be able to perform a variety of tasks to help our clients.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assist patients with mobility and exercises
- Assist with patient's personal care activities, such as dressing and bathing
- Perform domestic and household tasks
- Provide companionship and basic support
- Maintain patient care records and document provided services
- Provide respite services
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; must have proven working experience with responsibilities listed above (CNA certification is a plus); caring and compassionate personality; excellent communication and people skills; valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
