Associate Attorney - Class Action / Employment (Defense) Our client is seeking an experienced litigation associate for the firm’s class action practice group to join our Los Angeles office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in employment litigation, particularly in defending wage and hour class actions and PAGA. The candidate will handle class actions lawsuits throughout the life of the case with oversight and mentoring from partners. Duties include, but are not limited to, internal investigations, legal research, preparing discovery and taking / defending depositions, drafting motions and pleadings, and representing clients at court conferences, hearings, and trial. Must also have excellent writing and oral advocacy skills and significant experience in discovery and law and motion practice. Must also be a self-starter who possesses strong organizational skills, is able to work with multiple clients and attorneys, and is ready to hit the ground running.
